Check exterior for problems
If you own a timber home, it's important to frequently check the exterior for problems. Different types of fungus as well as animal infestations can get into your timber. These can be a big problem, especially if it is in structural areas of your home.
Call in experts to treat your wood
If you have identified any problem areas in your timber from dry rot or animal infestations, it's time to call in an inspector. They will be able to treat your issues before they get any larger. Just remember, the longer you leave a problem you find the worse it could get, and could prove costly to fix.
