To track your order, enter your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pickup within 4 hours (Subject to store trading hours). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Please note you will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection. For further information you can view our Terms & Conditions here.
In most cases delivery of products purchased online will take 2-5 business days. Find out more about Click & Deliver.
Our refund and exchange policy is available online. If you need any clarification, please contact your local store where a Team Member will be able to assist you further.

We always welcome assistance animals. We also welcome well-behaved pets that are on a lead.

We ask that you maintain full control of your pet at all times and clean up after it, otherwise you will be asked to remove your pet from the store.
