A top quality oil-based Pigmented Sealer that promotes adhesion of topcoats for many interior and exterior surfaces. PPG Paints Pigmented Sealer is designed to work best with oil based topcoats, however Pigmented Sealer also works well with water based topcoats (but will need additional curing time). Suitable for use on plaster surfaces, brickwork, masonry, timber and most wallpapers.
