Terms and conditions of our online Gift Card service

You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your gift card order is accurate, complete and up to date.  Bunnings takes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by you.

Bunnings’ Privacy Policy applies in respect of all personal information collected from you. A copy of the Bunnings’ Privacy Policy can be found here.  By placing an order through this Website, you consent to Bunnings collecting your personal information (including your name, contact details and delivery address) and providing it to third parties (including suppliers and delivery contractors) for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.

Your order becomes effective upon successful transmission after you press “Submit Payment” on the website. You cannot cancel the order after that time. You must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the gift cards purchased, as shown on the website when you complete your order. You acknowledge that in certain cases (including, for example, where there is a genuine pricing error or where ethe transaction is suspect of being the subject of credit card or payment-related fraud) it may not be possible for Bunnings to fulfil or meet your order and, therefore, Bunnings reserves the right to reject and cancel your order.  Bunnings will refund any amount already paid in respect of any cancelled order.

We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your gift card is late.  The delivery time frame shown are estimates only.

Risk in the gift cards passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the gift cards after delivery.

You are responsible for uploading images which are appropriate to print for in-store redemption. You must own the image or have consent to republish and adapt the image, and authorise Bunnings to use, store and modify the image for any gift card. Bunnings reserves the right to reject images which it considers inappropriate including for example illegal, indecent, socially inappropriate material or which Bunnings considers may be protected by copyright or trade mark. If your image is rejected, your recipient may be issued with a standard Bunnings gift card to the equivalent value or, for orders of physical cards, you may be issued with a refund. Bunnings takes no responsibility for the quality of the images uploaded.

The consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer laws apply. All other warranties and representations, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. We will not be liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the gift cards or used them for an unintended purpose.

If we cannot accept payment from your credit card the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted.

These conditions are governed by laws of New Zealand. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
