Sitting just over 21sqm, the Otago shed requires a purpose-built concrete pad. However, being under 30sqm, no building permit is required offering you a straightforward solution for adding extra storage space to your property. We recommend checking with your local council in case a resource consent is required. These sheds have been engineer approved and we can provide a PS1 for any shed over 10sqm.
