The service

At Bunnings, we're committed to helping customers bring their projects to life from start to finish. While many customers enjoy assembling flatpack products themselves, others are looking for a convenient and reliable assembly solution that helps save time and takes the hassle out of the process.That's why we've partnered with Kitset, a trusted New Zealand assembly provider, to connect customers with professional assembly services for a wide range of flatpack products.

Since 2019, Kitset has been supporting Bunnings customers by providing a fully insured assembly service, helping make project completion easier and more convenient.Kitset can assemble a variety of products, including garden sheds, gazebos, clotheslines, storage solutions, BBQs and more. Services are completed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions where applicable, giving customers confidence that their product will be assembled correctly and safely.

    Scan the in-store QR code

    Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code displayed in-store.

    Access the Kitset booking portal

    Click on the book now button below to be redirected to Kitset's online booking portal.

    Check service availability

    Enter your postcode to confirm assembly services are available in your area and select the product or service you require.

    Complete the online estimate form

    Provide details about your assembly requirements to receive a free, no-obligation estimate, then review your estimate and submit your assembly request online.

    Confirmation from Kitset

    Kitset will contact you via email with confirmation of your request and the next steps by 4pm on the next business day.

Terms and conditions

The assembly services offered by Bunnings are provided by Kitset Assembly Services (“Kitset”) on a referral basis. The services are subject to Conditions and Exclusions, and availability may depend on your location. Bunning facilitates the introduction to Kitset, but the services will be managed and carried out by Kitset. Your agreement in relation to the services is with Kitset and payment is to be made directly to Kitset.  Bunnings may receive a fee for referring service jobs to Kitset.

If you experience any issues with your assembly service, please contact your installer directly in the first instance.
