How to install a base-mount slide-out basket
Overview
Slide-out baskets give you easy access to items in your cupboards while also creating extra storage. This step-by-step guide will teach you how to centre the basket, pre-drill the holes and screw it in. Remember to read the instructions that come with the kit before you start.

Steps
Centre your basket at the base
Place the basket inside the cabinet. Centre it on the base by using your tape measure to get equal space on both sides. Make sure you leave enough space for the door.
Pre-drill the screw holes
Now take your pencil to mark the screw points inside the base of your cabinet. Use the inner holes of the basket runners as your guide. Then remove the basket and pre-drill the screw holes in the cabinet.
Screw down the basket
Now slide out the runners from under the basket and screw them down to the cabinet. Mark and pre-drill the outside holes of the runners and screw them down. Finally, slide the basket in and you are done.
