The manufacturing process combines Portland cement, water, finely ground sand, softwood cellulose fibre pulp and additives which are then cured under under high-pressure steam in an autoclave to form a dimensionally stable fibre cement panel.   PRIMA products have been used in some of the most prestigious developments worldwide because of the functionality, versatility and contemporary features of the board whose Cellulose fibre is derived from FSC® Certified Radiata Pine grown in New Zealand. PRIMAalpha Groove fibre cement sheets are carved with decorative V-shaped grooves for a tongue and groove appearance, while its smooth sanded surface gives it superior paint adhesion for any paint finish.
