A physical barrier against fungus Gnats that uses specialised abrasive granules. These granules are washed and screened to meet a specific size and chosen to ensure minimal dust while ensuring optimum effectiveness as a barrier to fungus Gnats. Yates Gnat Barrier is used on top of potting mix to cover the surface and should be applied to create 3cm deep layer. These granules also help reduce water loss from potting mix surfaces, while simultaneously retaining moisture for plants to access when needed. Gnat Barrier also helps reduce water loss from the surface of potting mix.
