Yates Weed 'n' Feed Granular controls weeds while giving the lawn a feed. It adds essential iron and nitrogen nutrients to lawns which promotes healthy, green growth. Granular Weed 'n' Feed is excellent for those concerned about a spray format damaging plants.
Suitable for use on ryegrass, kikuyu, browntop and fescue. The weeds controlled include dandelions, clover, flatweeds, thistles and other broadleaf weeds.
Granular Weed 'n' Feed works by using the salt burn effect from the iron so that the flatweeds experience a moderately severe burn in comparison to the vertical blades of grass. The soluble nitrogen and iron are absorbed by the root system of the lawn to provide healthy and strong growth.
We recommend that you don't apply when lawns are under 6 months old, during windy and hot weather conditions, when lawn is suffering from moisture stress and the soil is dry, on non-grass lawns, and around food of animal feed crops.
