This mortice has a 60mm backset which is measured from the edge of the face plate to the center of the square spindle hole. This mortice has a 85mm cylinder separation along with a reversible latch bolt and single throw deadbolt. The bolt throw is 21.4mm and saw protection on the bolt. Suitable for use with our Sylvan S726R - rebate kit for rebated doors. Satin Stainless finish and available in 45, 50, and 70mm backset. Please note: This mortice would not work with any of our electronic locks, only the mechanical handle sets.
