Special Orders Terms of Use

Important: Terms and Conditions of our Special Orders Service

Bunnings is pleased to supply you with goods on the basis of the following:

  1. Quotes & Estimates
    Our quotation/estimate is valid only if the full quantity is ordered within 30 days. This quote/estimate will supersede all previous quotes/estimates. Personal information is required (see the Bunnings privacy policy)

  2. Payment
    Purchase under $500, direct delivery from Supplier orders, all custom made products and services require full payment when you place your order. Purchases over $500 require a deposit of $500 when you place your order. Full payment for all purchases must be made before the order is picked up or delivered.

  3. Supply
    Bunnings will not be liable for any loss or claim by the customer in the event that Bunnings is unable to supply the goods required, or for any delay in supplying the goods.

  4. Delivery (if applicable)
    You will be charged for delivery unless otherwise specified. We will deposit your Goods at ground level on the delivery site. You must ensure we have clear and safe access for delivery. We do not accept liability for damage to any property occurring in the course of delivery. Please ensure there is a person present at the delivery site who is authorised by you to accept delivery. If there is not, you authorise us to deliver the Goods anyway. If our delivery contractor arrives but is unable to deliver the Goods, you may be required to pay for a re-delivery later.

  5. Collection
    If your Goods are being collected, please collect them with 10 days (30 days for special order items) after we inform you that the Goods are ready for collection. If you do not do so, we will assume you have cancelled your order. Goods uncollected after that time may be resold by Bunnings.

  6. Cancellation & Returns
    We will try and assist you if you wish to cancel your order or return Goods unused, but we may require you to pay for loss we will incur as a result. Custom made Goods are non-returnable. Services are non-refundable.

You agree that these terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all others even if exchanged later.
