with the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge before installation.
Upon installation the following warranty applies:
1.0 LIMITED WARRANTY - SERGIO Sinkware is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of
installation. Our experience has shown that any manufacturing defect will become noticeable during this period. Cabro Group
International Ltd shall not be liable under this warranty where the sink has been used for abnormal purposes, or improperly
installed, or has damage from abuse such as excessive impact, dropped objects or otherwise. Cabro Group International Ltd shall
not be liable for any consequential damage. If there is any difference in polish finishing visible to the eye beyond one meter or
welding/grinding defects, do not install. For domestic kitchen and laundry use.
We will gladly assist with returns and exchanges of this product in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
