The Deluxe Range is ideal for those wanting easier access to their ceiling space. With a gentler angle (63°) and a deeper tread (120mm) the Deluxe Range offers a more comfortable climb. The Sellwood D36 is suitable for more frequent residential use for ceiling heights 3100mm to 3660mm, common in villa style homes built around 1880 to 1920. They are most often used to access storage space in the attic. The D36 is also suitable for light commercial use.
