Ryobi Door Latch Installation Router Kit

The RYOBI Door Latch Installation Router Kit delivers the essentials you need to cut a clean, precisely positioned door latch recess. It removes the hassle of lining up tools by hand, helping you to achieve a professional-looking finish when installing a door latch and latch plate. This Kit features a Door Latch Jig, Latch Locator and Straight Shank Router Bit with a ½” Bearing. The Door Latch Jig attaches securely to doors with a maximum thickness of 44mm. For thinner doors up to 35mm, use the separate insert as an additional Jig. Both Jigs secure to doors with the included On-Board Clamp. The Latch Locator fits into both Jigs. It confirms whether the Jig is centred with the latch hole or if it needs adjusting. Each Jig has a built-in router template to create an accurate latch recess using the included Router Bit (router sold separately). Use the Jig’s Guide holes to confirm the Router bit is set to the correct depth.
