The New Zealand Government has moved to Level 4 restrictions in order to combat Covid-19 and ensure the welfare of all New Zealanders.
Under these guidelines, Bunnings can stay open for trade customers to access essential items but cannot sell goods to the general public during this time.
Bunnings’ Special Orders service is also suspended during this time. For customers with existing orders, our team will keep all the details of your order. During the Level 4 restrictions, most of our suppliers are also closed.
We anticipate this may lead to delays in fulfilling outstanding orders once Level 4 restrictions are lifted. Once Level 4 restrictions have lifted, we will contact you to discuss your order and any delays, and make any new arrangements required.

Make your choice & submit your order with the Special Orders desk in store or call your nearest Bunnings store.
Once you place your order, we will call you when it’s ready for pick up or delivery, usually within 7-14 working days.
