Plug the smoker into a power point and place your pellets into the hopper.
Select your temperature on the dial. The auger feed will begin to turn, feeding wood pellets into the fire chamber. The igniter will begin. You'll hear a noise to let you know that it's ready.
Your pellet smoker is now ready to use! Like an oven, it'll control its own temperature and keep it regulated.
