Overview

A pellet smoker makes smoking a bit easier by automatically feeding wood pellets from the hopper into the fire. That's right, a pellet smoker feeds itself, so you can focus on feeding everyone else. It's easy to maintain an even cooking temperature on a pellet smoker, and the wide range of flavoured pellets available means you can have a lot of fun experimenting.

Steps

1Add pellets to the hopper

Plug the smoker into a power point and place your pellets into the hopper.

2Set the temperature

Select your temperature on the dial. The auger feed will begin to turn, feeding wood pellets into the fire chamber. The igniter will begin. You'll hear a noise to let you know that it's ready.

3Start cooking!

Your pellet smoker is now ready to use! Like an oven, it'll control its own temperature and keep it regulated.
