DUNEDIN STAINLESS STEEL CO. LTD GUARANTEES THE DISSCO LAUNDRY SYSTEM RANGE OF PRODUCTS AGAINST DEFECTS IN
MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A WARRANTY PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS. THIS WARRANTY IS IN ADDITION TO ANY RIGHTS
THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE UNDER CURRENT “CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT’ AND THE “FAIR TRADING ACT”.
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand consumer laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and for compensation for any other loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY DISSCO. WE RECOMMEND INSPECTION AT TIME OF PURCHASE REGARDLESS OF
CARTON CONDITION.
PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND FOUND TO BE FAULTY SHOULD BE NOTIFIED TO DISSCO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT
PROMPT REMEDY CAN TAKE PLACE. CLAIMS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE SHOULD BE MADE BY THE OWNER DIRECT TO DUNEDIN
