How it works for new Q Mastercard holders
Book a consult with a Bunnings Kitchen Expert.
Decide on the products you need for your project. Bunnings Kitchen Expert will provide the customer with a quote and Q Mastercard application information.
The customer can choose to apply for a Q Mastercard.
Q Mastercard reviews your quote and intended purchase, and will look at your income, expenses, credit history, and current debts to determine whether you can afford what you want to finance and your Q Mastercard credit limit.
Once reviewed and approved, Q Mastercard will provide you with a customer number and post a physical card.
Customer completes the transaction either in-store or phones Bunnings customer service on 0800 250 011 to make payment.
The customer provides the Q Mastercard customer number and the Bunnings customer order number (COS). The customer doesn’t need to wait for their card to arrive.
Once payment is confirmed, Bunnings will add the payment to the order the following business day.
