The service

We're adapting how we operate to make sure we keep everyone safe, while ensuring customers have access to the products they need. Customers can now choose a Drive & Collect option from selected stores for collecting their online order. Customers can purchase products online using Click & Collect, drive to their local store to pick up and we'll load your products into your car. Best of all, you can get your products and go, all without having to leave your car.

How Drive & Collect works

2When your order is ready to collect, we'll send you a link to select a convenient pick-up date and time for you

3On arrival, please park in the designated Drive & Collect bays and contact the store with your order confirmation. A team member will place your order into the boot of your car

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

*Pick-up is not available Christmas Day or Good Friday.

You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation.
Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They’ll need to provide a copy of the order confirmation when collecting your order, and photo identification.
Your order will remain available for pick-up for a maximum of 14 days from the time you receive order confirmation.
You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 0800 350 011, between 7am and 7pm daily. You can also email us at OnlineEnquiries@bunnings.co.nz.
Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pickup within 4 hours (Subject to store trading hours). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Please note you will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection.
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email. 
We currently require full address details to help validate customer identification.
In the event a store needs to reach you, providing your phone number will allow us to reach you directly to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your order.
Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect. 
Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They’ll need to provide a copy of the order confirmation in store when collecting your order, and photo identification.

Once your order's processed, you’ll receive confirmation letting you know that it’s ready to pick up. Bring your confirmation email and ID to the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.

We will hold your order up to 5 days from when you receive your ready to collect notification. If for any reason you cannot make it within this timeframe, please contact the store and our team will be happy to assist you.
You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation.
In the event your order is missing an item, the store will arrange for those items to be brought to your selected Click & Collect store. In this event, the store will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collection.

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated Online Pick-up counter at the front of our store.

Yes, you can return an item if you've changed your mind. View our returns policy.
If your order remains uncollected after 5 days, a refund for the total purchase price will be processed automatically. If you need more time or have special circumstances, please reach out to the store and our team will be happy to assist you.
You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 0800 350 011 to cancel an order between 8am to 5pm NZST daily.
