The Ramset Bottom Plate Fixing Kit is a full-project-sized kit for structural timber to concrete bottom plate fixing in accordance with Clause 7.5.12.2 NZS 3604:2011. When used with the supplied 50x50x3mm galvanised square washer, the expansion anchors provide structural tie-down over 15Kn. It is recommended for typical 100mm thick slabs and waffle pod slabs.
