In only three simple steps, you can harvest around 800 grams of savoury, highly nutritious Italian Oyster mushrooms. Just cut open the perforated square, spray water daily, and enjoy watching them grow for approximately 2 weeks. Soon your first impressive crop (flush) of mushrooms will be ready for harvesting.
