Morton Smith-Dawe seed is sourced from suppliers who grow quality South Island certified seed potatoes. The Certified Seed programme is a National quality assurance programme provided by the New Zealand Seed Potato Certification Authority. They ensure disease tolerances are meet in the paddock and after grading. Only the highest quality seed is certified and supplied to Morton Smith-Dawe.

This variety can be used all year round and is a great all purpose floury potato. Ilam Hardy are perfect to mash, roast or as chips and wedges. Maturity is approximately 70/80 days.
