How long until I will get my order?

Unless you live in a remote area, most orders take 4-8 business days to arrive to your destination from our Australian warehouse, remote areas may take a little bit longer.

Tracking information

All our orders are fully trackable, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Who do we use to ship with?

We use Australia Post International for registered delivery and for express shipping for orders up to 21kg, with final delivery handled by NZ Post.
