Use the Kango 200mm Half Round Bastard Cut Rasp to smooth and shape soft timber. Its curved side is ideal for creating concave shapes and contouring edges. The flat side is great for levelling flat surfaces and rounding over corners. Its coarse teeth generate faster material removal compared to a standard Cabinet Bastard Cut Rasp and produces a rough surface ready for finer shaping and finishing.
The Rasp is engineered from high-quality tempered carbon steel to retain sharpness. It’s coated in black oxide for protection against rust and friction to enhance file life.
The K-lock handle connects to various Kango files and rasps and has an ergonomic rubber grip for extra comfort. It detaches for easy removal with a simple twisting motion and has a hang hole for storage.
