Kango 115mm 60G Ceramic Flap Disc

The KCFD60115 Kango 115mm 60G Ceramic Flap Disc is engineered to remove material from metals and stainless steel. Use it for various heavy-duty applications, including edge grinding, blending weld seams, deburring and removing rust. It’s made from a premium ceramic aluminium oxide grain, which has high levels of resistance to tearing and breakage. Sharp edges on the grain generate aggressive material removal and give the flap disc self-sharpening properties. This flap disc also has a 6° Convex Angle, which generates a high removal rate on edges, weld seams and other small surfaces. The fan-shaped design produces a uniform scratch pattern on surfaces, eliminating the need to rework them.
