Hy-Clor 12.5kg Mag Salt

High purity natural magnesium salt which helps reduce the need for clarifiers and algaecides, softens and smooths pool water. Magnesium adds a natural flocculent to help pool water stay clear, aid filtration and reduce chlorinator running times. Assists in preventing the build-up of calcium scaling on cells, pool equipment and the pool surface. Aids filtration and improves water circulation which helps to reduce chlorinator running time. The pool may turn slightly green after using this product. This is normal and is safe to swim in if your chemistry is correct. The green colour usually passes within 48 hours. This product is Magnesium chloride only. Please consult your chlorinator manufacture for the exact mineral content requirements before adding this product to the pool. Most Mineral chlorinators require Regular Pool salt at a set level to make chlorine and use very little magnesium for this process. This Product is not a replacement for regular Pool Salt. You must brush this product in as you are adding it to the pool.
