How can I buy or use Bunnings Gift Cards?
Gift Cards can be purchased in any Bunnings store or online.
Gift Cards without the 4-digit PIN can be redeemed in-store only, while Gift Cards with the 4-digit PIN can be used in-store as well as online.
What types of Bunnings Gift Cards are there?
You can purchase a physical Gift Card in-store or online. Physical Gift Cards purchased online will be delivered to your nominated address within fourteen days.
eGift Cards can be purchased online and will be delivered via e-mail within four hours unless a delayed delivery is requested.
How can I tell which type of Bunnings Gift Cards I have?
A Gift Card with a 4-digit PIN will have the PIN under a scratch panel on a physical Gift Card and under the barcode for an eGift Card.
Gift Cards with no PIN will not have a scratch panel on a physical Gift Card. eGift Cards will have two barcodes to be scanned in-stores.
How can I check the balance of my Bunnings Gift Card?
You can check the balance of Gift Cards with a 4-digit PIN here or by calling 0800 35 00 11 or visiting any Bunnings location.
Gift Cards without a PIN will have the balance displayed on the Gift Card.
Can I customise my Gift Card?
You can personalise your Gift Card order by including a custom message. Please note that custom images for both physical and digital Gift Cards are no longer available.
Can I buy a Gift Card for someone in New Zealand if I live overseas?
Yes, if your billing address and contact number is in New Zealand.
Gift Cards can only be purchased using payment methods with a New Zealand billing address and phone numbers. Transactions with international billing addresses cannot be processed at this time.
Can I use my New Zealand Gift Card in Bunnings stores in Australia?
New Zealand Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Bunnings stores across New Zealand or online.

Bunnings Gift Cards can be redeemed on any of our products or services in-store.
Can a printed Gift Card be given to someone else to use?
Yes, physical and eGift Cards can be redeemed by anyone.
Can I use a Bunnings Gift Card in other stores outside of Bunnings?
Bunnings Gift Cards are only valid and redeemable in Bunnings locations across New Zealand and online at bunnings.co.nz. They cannot be used at other retailers or stores.
Can they be redeemed for cash?
