GIB® Bracing Plates are 0.55 BMT galvanised metal bracing plates with a circular metal cut out. They act as as a backing plate to support large penetration openings (holes greater than 100mm in diameter), through ceiling diaphragms and GIB Ezybrace® wall bracing elements which is a requirement in GIB EzyBrace® Systems.
