Dutch Iris Golden Beauty are hardy fun-to-grow smaller sized bulbs that produce excellent flowers in late Spring. Great in the garden and in the vase, Iris × hollandica - aka Dutch Iris - are among the easiest bulbs to grow flowering just after the Daffodils and Tulips have finished. Very hardy, each bulb producing one to two spikes, with 1-2 flowers per stem. Dutch Iris prefer a well drained position in full sun. Plant 6-8 cm deep, 12-15 cm apart in well prepared soil. Add garden fertilizer as needed and occasional fungicide and insecticide sprayings are beneficial.
