Ecofoam Corrugated 2m Grey Sealant Foam

Ecofoam Corrugate - 2M is a firm and durable foam. That is commonly used as a roofing sealant along, steel and polycarbonate roofs. It is long lasting that is placed along ceiling battens and end closure strips. Our sealant strips provide a long-lasting seal or compression joint that effectively prevents moisture ingress, while also keeping out vermin, birds and sealing draughts. Corrugated Ecofoam is one of our most popular sealant foam profiles. Ecofoam is a closed-cell polyethylene foam that is ideally suited as a sealant foam and works best when installed before the roof is laid. Typically, the sealant strips are placed onto the last purlin at the eve of the roof, and the iron sheet is installed on top. Likewise, the strips are also placed at the top of the ridgeline iron before the ridge flashing is installed. The material (PE) has numerous applications due to its stable nature. It is highly resilient, tough for its weight, flexible, and has low water absorption. Additionally, it resists water vapour transmission.
