What if you love camping but also crave a bit of luxury, too? You’re in luck. There are lots of ways to take your camping holiday from basic to brilliant with the right accessories. Here are some of our favourite ways to take your next trip from camping to glamping.

A portable gazebo

You’ve got your sleeping quarters sorted, but where do you store your food, cooking gear and other camping gear you don’t want cluttering up the tent? A handy gazebo is the answer. Not only can they keep the bugs out but some even include LED lighting in case you can’t find your torch.

Ambient lighting

An easy way to bring some glam to camping (and ensure you’re not stumbling around in the dark the next time you need the loo) is with a string of fairy lights or solar festoon lights. And don’t forget to add some cute citronella candles, too.

Solar charging stations

Digital detoxing is great, but most of us don’t want to head to the great outdoors without a few creature comforts. If that includes bringing the laptop to watch Netflix on while cuddled up in your sleeping bag, then you’ll want to make sure you pack a solar charging station.

Portable BBQ

If you’re making camp somewhere remote, a BYO barbie is essential. Our huge range of portable BBQs includes everything from a basic two-burner tabletop barbie to a portable charcoal BBQ (which comes in different colours and has a food-grade storage tray).

Picnic rug, cushions and throws

Nothing screams ‘We’re glamping’ more than a luxe sheepskin rug, right? You may also want to add stylish Moroccan style outdoor cushions and compact tartan picnic rugs with plastic backings that are easy to stash in the car.

Outdoor portable shower

No shower block where you’re headed? No problem – grab an affordable solar camping shower that’s compact, easy to fill and to heat. If you’d rather have a bit of privacy when showering, you could also pack a privacy tent which doubles as a change room or makeshift toilet room. Just add an easy-to-flush portable loo!

Grave health hazards are linked to asbestos, which may be in homes built up to 1990. Health hazards may result from exposure to lead-based paints in older materials and copper chromium arsenic (CCA) treated timber. For information on the dangers of asbestos, lead-based paint and CCA treated timber and tips for dealing with these materials contact your local council's Environmental Health Officer.
