Laundry storage ideas with Flatpax Utility

We use our laundries every day, so it’s important that they are functional with ample storage space. If you're after extra storage space, our Flatpax Utility range will no doubt have a solution for you. Laundry chute

Ever wonder why we tend to use washing baskets that sit outside a cabinet, taking up important working space to display our dirty washing for all to see? Our 450mm laundry chute keeps your dirty washing behind closed doors - it also contains its very own clothes bag. This cabinet was specifically designed to provide a concealed laundry basket that is easily accessible and keeps those dirty clothes out of sight.

Broom cupboard

General household items like our brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners are often stored in awkward ill-fitting places. Our 600mm broom cupboard contains clever departments for these larger items, while still accommodating to other smaller items at the same time.

Drying cupboard

We all know how hard it is to find space to dry clothing items overnight, especially in winter when putting them outside on the washing line is just not an option. Well, we have a solution for that too; introducing our 900mm drying cupboard. This drying cupboard contains a pull out drying rack that can be cleverly concealed within the cabinet when it's not in use, giving your clean clothes the perfect place to dry.

Health hazards may result from exposure to lead-based paints in older materials and copper chromium arsenic (CCA) treated timber. For information on the dangers of asbestos, lead-based paint and CCA treated timber and tips for dealing with these materials contact your local council's Environmental Health Officer. You can also use a simple test kit from Bunnings to indicate the presence of lead-based paint.
