For the beautiful finish your decorating projects deserve, choose Monarch’s premium range of paint brushes and rollers.

Why the quality of your paint rollers and paint brushes matters

Painting is a quick way to give your home a gorgeous new look, but the result can be let down by a patchy, uneven finish. If you want to avoid brush marks, the secret to painting like a pro is to pair quality paint with premium brushes and rollers, like those from Monarch. There’s an applicator to suit every painting task, from cutting in to rolling colour across your walls.

How to choose the right paint roller

For tackling a big job, you’ll need a roller. The Monarch ‘Comfort Grip’ 230mm roller frame has a rubber grip handle for extra comfort, is heavy duty and fits standard extension poles. Monarch has a roller for every surface – whether it be ‘Walls & Ceilings’ or ‘Doors & Cupboards’, there’s a roller perfect for your next painting project. Monarch’s premium-quality roller cover fabric ensures minimal lint loss, so you won’t get fibres all over your wall, and it picks up and releases paint smoothly and evenly for a flawless finish.

How to choose the right paint brush

You’ll also need some good brushes. Monarch offers a range of shapes and sizes, with ergonomic handles and premium tapered filament to help you paint neat lines. Choose Monarch ‘Walls Doors & Trims’ 50mm paint brush (blue-tipped handle) for broad areas or, for cutting in around frames, use the Monarch ‘Cutting In & Framing’ 50mm synthetic paint brush (yellow-tipped handle) – the angled edge makes it easy to achieve straight, crisp lines.

See this in store or online at Monarch’s website under the brushes and rollers category. Colour categorised and clearly labelled; you’ll find what’s right for you in no time.
