Create the right foundation for a healthy, lush lawn with Daltons Garden Time™ Lawn Soil. This nutrient-rich blend of natural materials is specially designed to support successful seed germination and strong grass growth, whether you’re establishing a new lawn or repairing an existing one. USEAGE AND DIRECTIONS New lawns 1. Make sure the area to be sown is clean and level. Remove all weeds. If spraying weeds prior to sowing, use a non-residual weed killer. 2. Spread Garden Time™ Lawn Soil evenly to a minimum depth of 50–75mm. 3. Use a good quality lawn seed and follow the sowing guide on the packet. Water new lawn regularly and thoroughly until established. Lawn patching 1. Spread Garden Time™ Lawn Soil into low-lying areas of the lawn and level to a depth of around 15–20mm, leaving at least the tips of any existing grass showing through. 2. After levelling, fertilise lightly using Garden Time™ Lawn Fertiliser and water the lawn thoroughly. After care 1. After 3-6 weeks, fertilise using Garden Time™ Lawn Fertiliser, following the application rates for new lawns. 2. Regular watering is essential to the establishment of new lawn areas. If a suitable water supply is not available, delay sowing until wetter months.
