CDT Cutting Liquid is a heavy duty viscous fluid, integrating extreme pressure additives for use in reaming, tapping, drilling and metal cutting operations. It is suitable for all types of metal.
CDT Cutting Liquid clings to the tool and work piece which significantly minimises friction and wear, increases cutting speeds, protects and extends tool life and ensures consistent, high quality surface finish.
CDT Cutting Liquid may also be used as an extreme pressure additive booster for standard neat cutting oils, for difficult cutting operations such as broaching and gear manufacturing on the toughest metals.
