Bitufoam 38mm x 38mm is long-lasting, bitumen permeated seal and compression joint; commonly used as a roofing sealant. Bitufoam offer a durable seal or compression joint between various surfaces. it’s primarily used as a roofing seal due to its outstanding ability to prevent weather infiltration and serve as a barrier against birds and vermin entering the roof cavity, in addition it also helps in conjunction with other measures reduce roof shuddering (roof shuddering is where a roof expands and contracts due to thermal expansion and contraction). The product's flexibility makes it suitable for retrofitting, although it can also be used before roofing. Bitufoam is made of polyurethane foam that is cut and profiled to the desired shape, and then impregnated with a bitumen solution.
