DeWalt Instant Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for two bonus DeWALT 18V XR batteries and a DeWalt 18V XR charger for the price of $0.02, you will need to purchase a qualifying product in store at a New Zealand Bunnings store during the Promotion Period (“Bonus Offer”)

2. Your participation in this Bonus Offer is subject to, and deemed acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions

4. The promotion period commences on 14th June 2024 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 31st July 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

5. The Bonus Offer is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person or business who purchases a Qualifying Product(s) (which are listed below under the heading “Qualifying Products”) from Bunnings (in-store) in New Zealand, during the Promotion Period.

6. To claim the Bonus Offer, an eligible claimant must purchase a Qualifying Product(s) from Bunnings (in-store) in New Zealand during the Promotion Period and, at the same time of purchasing that Qualifying Product, purchase the Bonus Offer Products (which are listed below under the heading “Bonus Offer Products”) which will be charged at NZ$0.02 and added to your transaction total.

7. The Bonus Offer is only redeemable in-store at Bunnings New Zealand and excludes online purchases. The Bonus Offer may not be used in any conjunction with any other offer.

8. The products received under this Bonus Offer are detailed below under “Bonus Offer Products”.

9. The Bonus Offer is only available once for each purchase of a Qualifying Product. For example, an Eligible Claimant cannot take up the Bonus Offer more than one bonus for the purchase of one (1) Qualifying Product.

10. This offer only applies to the purchase of the Qualifying Products outlined below, purchased in-store from Bunnings in New Zealand during the Promotion Period.

12. Bonus Offers are not transferable, cannot be re-sold and cannot be taken as cash.

13. If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Bunnings, Bunnings reserves the right (acting reasonably) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Bunnings reserves the right, at any time, to substitute a Qualifying Product or Bonus Offer Product due to products being unavailable.

14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Bunnings (including respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion.

15. The laws of New Zealand apply to these Terms and Conditions. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
