Shipping Information
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

Small items are sent by NZ Post or a similar tracked courier, and PO Boxes are accepted. Big & Bulky items are delivered by freight carrier to your doorstep or kerbside, depending on access, and PO Boxes are not accepted. Cartons over 25kg are unloaded with a tail-lift where the property is accessible. In some cases you may need to help unload, such as steep driveways, restricted access, or rural areas where tail-lift vehicles aren’t available.

Our couriers will not carry items upstairs, enter homes, or provide assembly, installation or removal services. A contact number is required for delivery. Some rural or hard-to-access properties may need to collect from the carrier’s nearest depot. If you’re unsure about access, please contact us before ordering.

Safe Drop
Smaller items may be left in a safe place at your address. If there’s no safe location, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office, parcel locker or collection point for you to collect. Big & Bulky items may be left on your doorstep if the driver deems it safe. If you don’t want your order left unattended, please let us know as soon as you’ve placed your order, as we dispatch on a next business day basis.

Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by our couriers. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays. Delivery dates and times cannot be selected.

At Lifespan Fitness, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to supporting you if something goes wrong. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact our Customer Service team so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges where you have simply changed your mind about your purchase.
