Phoenix is part of the galaxy range. It has large deep mauve flowers that are produced in mid to late spring. It has a more compact growth habit but will reach up to 1.5-2m. Flowering will improve with age.
Can be used for cut flower as it has a more extended vase life than other leptospermums.
Less susceptible to sooty mould, with a higher disease resistance than other leptospermums.
Hardy to both dry and cold conditions, and will grow well in a drained, sunny position. Give a light prune to shape after flowering.
