Event Safety

It is mandatory that fluro safety vests be worn at all times pack-in and pack-out. It is your responsibility to supply your own safety vest and you will not be permitted entry to the venue if you do not comply.

Forklifts moving heavy loads and pallets will be in operation on site during pack-in and pack-out; as such exclusions zones and clearways have been set up to manage traffic flow. Please ensure you are aware and comply with any directional signage appropriately.

As we have big heavy items to move around the showground, forklifts will be utilised at certain times, in certain locations. It is super important that you keep 3 metres away from an operating forklift at all times.

Children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted on site at the event during pack-in and pack-out, and should be supervised at all times during event days.

A designated smoking area will be sign-posted outside the venue. Smoking is prohibited directly outside the entrance to the event.

Pack out on Thursday cannot commence until 3.30pm as by then ALL team should have left the exhibition halls. Please do not pack up prior to this team. We ask you to respect this request due to the new health and safety standards.

Food, Drinks & Catering

If you plan to offer food samples on your stand, please be aware there are strict guidelines posed at the venue. Additionally, you will need to advise the event organisers of your intentions. For a copy of the guidelines and venue application forms, please email Claire Hooton

Meal tokens are based on the number of representatives you allocated during the online registration process. Catering restrictions prevent the distribution of further tokens, please ensure you have allocated accordingly.

These will be included in your On-site Exhibitor Pack which will be available for collection during pack-in from the Bunnings Registration Desk. Meal tokens are allocated for each event day and will be distributed by the Bunnings team each morning.

A light breakfast and complimentary coffee will be supplied on both Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8.30am - 9.30am.
