The Drill Bit’s tip has a four-cut design for achieving maximum material contact and producing cleaner holes in metal. The 135° split point helps prevent the tip from wandering which provides improved precision and faster speeds during startup.
The Drill Bit’s tapered core design provides a stronger, thicker core to prevent bit breakages. The flute of the drill bit features both a rapid eject flute and chamfered edges which is optimal for rapidly ejecting hot chips dispersing heat evenly resulting in faster, more efficient drill speeds.
