They won't rust, rot, twist or dent due to the resin/fibreglass edge, LVL structure and foam-filled core. This model has a woodgrain finish, which can be either painted or stained, and trimmed (within specified tolerances) and rebated, just like a timber door.
Warranted 10 years in conditions fully exposed to weather if the following conditions are met: - both sides of the door, and all hardware holes and machining must be coated in the same product, colour and number of coats. (A dark colour one side and light the other can cause the door to bow.) - Colours with LRV rating lower than 10% (e.g. Black) must not be used. LRV 11% or more, is warranted
These can be installed and pre-finished just as a timber door would.
