Why You Should Use LED

LEDs are the most energy efficient on the market because they use less energy, last longer and produce less carbon emissions. They're better for the environment and will save you money on your energy bill.

Save Energy

LED light bulbs are up to 85% more energy efficient than traditional light bulbs. They produce more light but use fewer watts. That means you get the same brightness as a standard Compact Fluorescent (CFL) or Halogen globe while using less energy.

Save Money

Because LED lights use up to 85% less energy than traditional light bulbs, your power bills will be lower. While the initial cost of LED lights is higher than traditional bulbs, they can pay for themselves over time with cheaper power bills and simply because they don’t need to be replaced as often.

Longer Lasting

LED lights don't burn out like traditional lights and are designed to last up to 50 times longer, which means less ladder climbing and less waste. LED lights can last up to 20 years or around 50,000 hours, while CFLs last 8,000 hours and Halogens just 1,200 hours. Plus, they're more durable and can handle the occasional jolt or bump.

Environmentally Friendly

Unlike CFL globes, LEDs don't contain hazardous material such as mercury, which needs to be disposed of properly. They also produce 10 times less carbon dioxide emissions than halogen light bulbs and half as much as CFLs.
