Continue to step-by-step instructions

Step by Step Instructions

1 Measure the telescopic tea towel rack
2 Mark up the drill holes
3 Pre-drill your holes and secure the towel rack
  • Step 1. Measure the telescopic tea towel rack

Start by measuring the length of your telescopic tea towel rack. You want to position it away from the back of the cabinet so the end of the tea towel rack is roughly flush with the front of the cabinet. Ideally, you want to get the most out of the telescopic arm.
  • Step 2. Mark up the drill holes

Now take your pencil and mark up the position you want your tea towel rail to be in the cabinet. Make sure that the height is easy for you to reach, and that the telescopic rack hits the cabinet hinge plate.

  • Step 3. Pre-drill your holes and secure the towel rack

Once you have marked out the towel rack position, use a small drill bit to pre-drill the top hole that will secure the rack. Place the towel rail over this hole and screw it in place. Now pre-drill the bottom hole and secure the towel rack with a screw.
