The Clever Living Co. Series offers affordable housing you can rely on. Our homes can be built off-site by our Approved Clever Living Co. builder, then transported to a location of your choice in New Zealand. Alternatively, you can have the building materials delivered and built on-site by our Approved Clever Living Co. builder.

The Clever Living Co. Series has a variety of plans to choose from and support is provided with construction right through to the finishing touches. 

Designs range from two to four bedroom houses. The Oxford, Suffolk, Dexter, Angus and Highland home designs have multiple-use approval certificates and have been rigorously reviewed to meet the New Zealand building code. This makes the overall building consent process much easier. Each floor plan has been designed with spacious living top-of-mind and include open plan living solutions, making entertaining a breeze. 

The plans are all quantity surveyed so you know cost of materials from the very beginning. Clever Living Co.’s comprehensive list of inclusions consist of:
