Mail Redirection

Using our moving planner checklist you can create a customised version tailored for you and your families move. You can also set email reminders to ensure that you don’t forget anything. To start customising the planner you will need to login or register.

New Zealand Post’s Mail Redirection service is the best way to ensure that your mails follows you when you move home.

To organise your mail redirection, download the form available on the New Zealand Post website and lodge the 'Application to Redirect Mail' in person at any New Zealand Post outlet and all your mail from your previous mailing address will be delivered to your new mailing address.

New Zealand Post recommends leaving at least 3 full business days to process your request.
